Lovely venue

Lovely room with lots of space. Staff were really friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice to have breakfast included.

Outstanding. Everything and all staff and waters all are outstanding. No words can describe my satisfaction. Probably the best sleep i got since a very long time in an organic heritage hotel very quiet and warm town. All TV and coffee bar are modern and clean and convenient. I really liked the biscuits made by the chief in the room with a cup of coffee ar 6:00 am overlooking a peaceful and historic 1600s downtown. The breakfast and English muffins mushrooms and eggs are fresh and made with...

The staff were very kind and helpful.

Absolutely loved this little place. Carla is an amazing host she welcomed us and showed us to the room. Very convenient location in the Woodbridge train station. And no the trains are very spread out and it’s about a 15 second vibration and there’s no trains after 11 so it’s very quiet till about 7 am. Breakfast is a full English or vegetarian and a few other choices. Very nice made for you and they save you a table every morning. I like it’s 9:00 not 7am like big hotels. Spotless room nice...

The resort is absolutely gorgeous ! The staff were truly 5 stars. Harriet was especially delightful She made our lunch extra special with great recommendations. We really enjoyed her cheerful personality and found her to be very professional. Elliot at the Bar was fantastic and Jordan the night porter was super helpful. The Spa was relaxing, peaceful and stunning! Our room and the resort as a whole was very clean and just immaculate. A living historical experience. The only thing I would...

Room was cozy and warm. Host was very helpful, great breakfast.

I cannot say enough good things about this visit. We were exhausted from our trip and they just were amazing and made us feel great. This place was so rejuvenating and I didn’t even get a chance to try their spa. Their attention to every little detail was awesome. I strongly urge anyone going to Ipswich to stay at this hotel. I wish I could have spent my entire trip there. It is modern in regard to the bathrooms, which I love!, they have air conditioning, everything is spotless,...

Great stay in a great location. The staff were all excellent, and the Carvery was most enjoyable.

Great stay, breakfast had a good selection. Very nice room.

Great location, very convenient for walking into town. Very friendly staff. We were there for 6 nights and can think of no negative points. Very happy with our decision to stay here

Just stayed there one night. Think we received a very reasonable rate because it was a monday night and the golfers had not arrive for the week as yet. Tried to get another night and they were booked solid. Very nice motel with pool and ammenities. Hit some golf balls at the attache driving range. Restaruant and bar were excellent. Seems like this is geared to golfers.

Such a charming and friendly place with excellent breakfast!

Wonderful property with grounds, bar, restaurant , great staff and fabulous large rooms!
