"Well we showed up right after a hurricane so there was some water seeping through the floor I a couple of places. The closet smelled really bad, and the elevator did not work. We were on the 6th floor. So I think these were things they could not help. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. The pools are great."

"We came down just before a hurricane 🌀 and we welcomed. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. When the hurricane became a true threat we left early, canceling the rest of our stay. The hotel was easy to work with when requesting a refund. I do plan to stay here again."
