Colocha’s Home – A Forest Haven

  • Adventures await in every direction at this light-filled home in Marysville. Enjoy stylish interior modern comforts at every turn, and wonderful outdoor spaces that include a front patio with a view of the Olympic mountain and sunset. It is a fantastic place for visiting Whidbey Island, Seattle, Anacortes, San Juan Island, and Mt. Baker National Park. All of which are within easy day-tripping distance. Near to Marysville downtown, and 5 minutes away from a Golf course.
    This House fixture 2 kitchens on in each level. The basement has a private entry as well.

LOVE this home, hope to stay here again

This home was wonderful. It was well appointed, spacious, very clean and had everything you could think of. The owner was extremely responsive. Adult family of seven, we absolutely love this place and its location in Marysville. Hope to maybe make this an annual family event and would love to stay here again.

Perfect for our family

This property had everything we needed for six adults. A bedroom for everyone, extra kitchen for the vegans to cook, two areas for watching movies. Location was great as we could get to the casino and Mall quickly. With Walmart just up the road anything that was needed was a quick trip. Immaculate and clean. Very good rental!

Wonderfully Clean and spacious but too cold in common areas to hang out due to no heating system

The place was great for family. I wish the yellow couch was cleaner and linens were of higher quality but wonderfully clean. The house was convenient to a family event but the business and loudness of 64th street for the upstairs bedroom was surprising- granted, i live in a rural area so others may not mind. The real issue was that the heating system was a set of wall heaters-Envi. They worked great in bedrooms w/ the doors shut but it was so cold in main common areas. It was 23 outside so unusually cold for the area as context and a draft from a backdoor. The wall fireplace downstairs worked well with blower on so we would have to hang out in the basement. I was surprised coffee was not provided and the laundry detergent was not in the laundry room for us to start the requisite laundry. We found it under the kitchen counter upstairs. Again, spacious, clean and roomie which was key and near a family event.

Had family meet up from Spokane and NC to have a baby shower. This property was comfortable, clean, open and bright. 8 of us were able to stay comfortably. Would highly recommend!

Just what we needed

This vrbo is absolutely great! I was getting married around the area and I needed a place to stay with my bridal party. It fit everyone and the communication was fast! I normally do not leave reviews, but I couldn’t be more grateful enough that the hosts were super accommodating and lovely. Will definitely stay again!

spacious house very modern design

Home was very spacious and accommodated our family well. Very modern design with 2 kitchen areas and 3 bathrooms. A few minor cleanliness issues: needed shower curtains replaced, living room rug heavily stained and no garbage cans in downstairs kitchen. Otherwise great place and would recommend!

Needs better cleaner.

It was dirty and downstairs bed, in room with the lazyboy chair needs replaced. Also, states that there is a hot tub... there is Not. Cute house, just needs better cleaning. Also, has 3 baths, but after 2 showers hot water was completely gone, so i had to take a cold sponge bath.

Close to being a really good rental, but not quite there

Place looks nice, very newly remodeled. Propane tank was empty (we exchanged it), garbage can was full, downstairs bathroom shower curtain lots of mildew stains, never could get the TV to work. No vacuum, broom but no dust pan. No check out procedures and no communication instructions to get answers during stay
