"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. "The fixed price kosher meals in the milk/fish restaurant were unbelievably diverse and superbly done. The facility was very beautiful, very upscale. The views of Rosh Pinna and the rest of the valley below were amazing when eating on the terrace. The staff was outstanding and very helpful and very friendly. Lots of staff. "
