"Lovely, right on ocean. The hot tub and sauna were great, and there were all the toys for the grand kids!"

"The host was very quick to respond, to any questions. The decor was a cute beachy vibe. The inside was nice and clean. One thing I would recommend would be to put some curtains on the glass part of the doors. At night it felt like we were in a fishbowl. The outside could use a little I’m clean up, front and back yard. The bed squeaks a lot. Otherwise it would’ve been a five star review."

"The house is very comfortable and had everything you would need. Nice big kitchen table and a great kitchen. Wonderful sunrises and the beach is right there. We saw 85 species of birds in the area and Bobcats and deer nearby. Bald Point State Park is just up the road a few blocks and St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge is close. We enjoyed our 2 weeks!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Spotted Grouper. The cottage is quiet and peaceful, and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico were beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the beach, collecting shells, and really appreciated how close to nature the area is — including an unexpected bear sighting!We stayed in December, which was a great time to visit: cool and chilly mornings and evenings, with sunny, comfortably warm days. I traveled from Annapolis with my mom, and the trip was especially meaningful because we were visiting my son, who stayed with us. The space was perfect for spending time together and cooking meals as a family.The hostess was great — gracious and accommodating to our needs. The cottage was clean and inviting. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely return when we’re in town visiting my son."
