Waterfront - Stunning Architect Designed Sun Drenched Ocean Front Cottage

Gorgeous, fully renovated cottage directly on Nantucket Sound in the exclusive seaside cottage community of New Seabury. Exceptional sun filled architect designed home with a private beach steps from the front door and panoramic views of the ocean from almost every window and both outdoor patios. One of the largest homes within the village at 1300 square feet, with front row access to the ocean!

Nestled within Maushop Village, this is a family oriented cottage community with white picket fences, clam shell driveways, beautiful gardens and cedar shingled cottages.

It is a five minute walk to Popponesset Marketplace filled with quaint shops and live entertainment with multiple dining options, ice cream, candy store, souvenirs, antiques and a general store, as well as the famous Raw Bar, with its overstuffed lobster roll - voted a 'best of Boston' winner.

The extensive network of jogging, walking and biking trails throughout the resort will keep you active or you can spend a day strolling around Mashpee Commons with 80+ premium shops and numerous dining options, including movie theaters and bowling, just 3 miles away.

Our happy place!

We love everything about this cottage. This was our second time staying in this specific rental. The location and view cannot be beat. The space is perfect for our family of four. My only complaint is that it books up too quickly!

Best location in Maushop

Beautiful property. There are no better views and the home is so well maintained and full of bright light and welcoming furnishings. Owners were so easy to contact and very responsive to any questions. We have rented for years in Maushop and this property is the the absolute best!

Wonderful rental!

We had such a wonderful time. Tracey is so responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was spotless and almost all appliances are top of the line, so cooking and cleanup was pretty easy. Stove takes a little getting used to but we figured it out. Beautiful utensils and flatware; felt like home. We so appreciated the thoughtful touches too, like the taffy, Fourth of July candle and welcome card. Instructions were clear, comprehensive and easy to follow. House gets wonderful cross-breezes and was never too hot or too cold. Space is thoughtfully planned from architecture perspective, neatly organized and very well maintained. Like the first aid kit: my son got a nick and kit was so easy to find, new, and well stocked. There are ticks in bushes nearby house but easy to look out for. Beautiful and easy five minute walk to beach. We felt so welcome. Definitely the best rental we’ve had in Cape Cod. Thank you Tracey for a wonderful stay!

The home was clean and comfortable! The host was easy to communicate with. We never used the indoor showers as the outdoor shower was perfect! Location can't be beat. A very comfortable home for our family of 4. We'll be back!

Perfect Cottage!

Amazing!

We have been vacationing through VRBO for many years, and this home was one of our favorites! It has an amazing “wow” factor the minute you walk in the door! The rental is immaculate with a great open floor plan, and it has bright, pleasant, well-kept, tasteful décor. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances and has everything you may need. The view is spectacular being right on the water, and we soon found we never required any AC despite it being July because it was so refreshing and breezy with the multiple doors and windows open. There are numerous places to sit, eat, or relax both in and out of the sun. It’s a very quick walk to the private, non-crowded beach with beautiful silky sand, and the home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in a perfect location. The owner provides 5 star communications for any questions that may arise. We could not have asked for more and cannot wait to return!

Just heavenly!

This is a gem of a property, located in a charming little beach community. The house was very clean and stocked with everything needed to cook meals, and enjoy the beach, which is just a few steps away. The beach is tremendous, with fantastic sand and a great deal of room, being private. Even on a busy Saturday there was plenty of room to spread-out. Tracy was very kind and responsive to all of our needs. A+ rating! We hope to be back!

A lovely holiday house

The cottage was quaint yet spacious, steps from the beach with all the amenities of home. The stunning view, quiet neighborhood, and private beach were lovely and relaxing. It was the perfect space for my young family. Tracey was a thoughtful and gracious host and promptly replied when I had a few small questions. We only wish we had more time to spend there!

Great family memories at the beach.

Two grandparents enjoyed a wonderful time with their 9 and 13 year old g’kids as well as their parents. The 6 of us had our own space which is hard to find in charming Maushop. Tracey has been quite thorough in providing amenities and necessities for a comfortable stay. The house is bright, well decorated and fun to be in. This was our best home in Maushop yet. We hope to come again. Thank you!
