"We asked VRBO to flag this place - it is NOT safe, it smelled and it was gross - we had to fight to get our Money back after spending 1 terrible night there - we had booked for 1 month due to a family situation where we had to be there to help our mom out. We got no sleep the first night then fled the property - notifying the owner. VRBO never did a safety walk through as we recommended- VRBO after MANY hours and alot of emails and calls - finally got us paid back but it was not worth the stress."

"Cons - not super clean, garbage on floors in bedrooms, unsure that carpets had been vacuumed. The guest wifi is HORRIBLE, so slow and boots you off daily. There is a password protected wifi that we were not allowed to use which was frustrating as the smart tv's could not function on the slow capped guest wifi. Dining room chairs were very stained which was fine since we had kids anyway, but definitely noticeable. Our biggest concern was one of the children found a pill in their bed - thankfully she brought it to us but it definitely made us question the cleanliness of all the bedding and house in general. House is pretty beat up lots of paint scuffs on the wall, but again we had kids so not a huge concern. Pros - fun house for kids. Garage full of games, swing set, hot tub, volleyball, tether ball. Great sleeping options for multiple families, plenty of extra bedding if needed. Lots of hang out space between second large living room and big dining room. Plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone. Plenty of toilet paper, towels, dish soap, laundry soap. Very handy to have washer and dryer. Fridge was very clean and there was a second fridge if needed in the garage. "

"Came with a group of women friends for a two-night stay. Our second time at this home for our crafting retreat. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, lovely landscaping, beautiful decor, well-equipped and everything labeled for easy use, and oh! that view!!! The weather patterns changed every 30 minutes and we could not stop looking out on the water and up at the mountains. "
