"Needed a month rental to come visit our kids and granddaughter in the neighborhood. This was the perfect location; close to everything - no car needed! Chestnut Street is full of shops and restaurants and is just a quick walk away. The Marina is right around the corner and our favorite morning walk was around the Palace of the Fine Arts. Otto and his wife were great to deal with - such nice people! "

"I stayed at this property for 1.5 months and had a wonderful time. Great neighborhood, property listing was accurate, the host was responsive and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. The street was quiet, the only complaint I can say is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors and people inside the building from the apartment. Overall, would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"I didn’t get check in information until I landed and had to head to the place. In the checkin information the owner informed us that they own the bar below and it can get loud so has placed ear plugs in the room. If I had known this info earlier I would not have booked. We had several nights of the worst sleep of my life. Besides that the location was good and the host amicable."
