Located in the beating heart of Massa, groups and families can easily soak up the coast, with this versatile 2 bed duplex just 30 metres away from the beach.
Internally, guests can enjoy unwinding on the sofa in the spacious open plan Living room, at any time of year; with a balcony to one side of the room complemented by a covered alfresco dining terrace to the other. A charming Kitchen Diner equipped with a breakfast dining table and a cooker hob, oven, electric kettle and fridge freezer ensures groups enjoy the comforting enjoyment of home whilst away. From the timeless Kitchen, a flight of open tread stairs leads to the 2nd floor above.
The sleeping accommodation is ideal for 2-3 couples looking to stay, or a flexible family group of 6-7. A 1st floor Master bedroom with access to the same Living room balcony and a nearby family shower room features a couple-friendly Double bed.
A Double sofa bed for 2 also features within the open plan space of the Living room, next door.
Upstairs, the 2nd floor of the holiday home features a 2nd bedroom with a Double bed and 1 Single bed, alongside a useful service bathroom with WC.
Outside the passing main road provides carefree access out and about. Guests can enjoy the bakery, cafes and a range of restaurants, which are to be found in the commercial street-level shops below, as well as the beach (just 30 metres away).
