"Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you. "As with a hostel I didn't expect luxury and it served its purpose. The shared kitchen was a mess with dishes left unwashed and fridges dirty. Great location for the metro. I would stay again. "
