"Francesc was a pleasure to deal with and so friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pools. Some nice eateries nearby and the bus stop is very handy to get into Lloret. 2 beaches within walking distance [6 and 10 mins]. Supermarkets , pizzerias and a bakery 5 minutes walk. Huge terrace to enjoy the evening sun. Good wifi and aircon. We plan to return."

They were very accommodating and Isaac met us near the apartment in Lloret as we were travelling by public transportation and it would have been difficult to get to the office in Palafolls. "We stayed for 4 nights end of May, the hotel wasn’t busy and loads of sunbeds and space at the lovely breakfast buffet (loads of choice). The staff were great, special shout for the ladies on reception who made such an effort for my daughter’s 8th birthday while we were there! Would definitely recommend the hotel!
