"Its what you expect for a budget friendly hotel , The food is very basic and not a huge selection the hotel itself needs a lot off work done it’s very dated and the shower leaks everywhere in the bathroom when running, the walk to the beach is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel but there is taxis about or the hotel can call them but on another note the staff are really helpful and there is two pools which are very clean and the hotel is around loads off shops and food places so good location"

"The hotel was ok. It looked clean ect, the room was a little on the dirty inside. Dusty floors ect. Didnt stop us having a good time. The boys down at the bar were a great laugh and looked after me well. Alan, Marc, Robert and Pablo. "The staff on reception were very helpful, friendly and spoke many languages. The cleaners were also pleasant and kept the room immaculate. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location was great, a 5 minute walk to the station and a similar distance to the old town. A fridge or kettle would have been nice and there isn't much space to hang clothing but I really can't complain for the price. There is a cheap coffee machine and vending machine in the lobby and a supermercado across the road. If you want somewhere to sleep and maybe have a little rest while exploring the area, this is a great hotel. We upgraded to the 3 person room, even though there were only 2 of us, for the queen sized bed."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
