Only thing that was unusual to me as I'm not from Finland, is that the indoor pool and Sauna is only available in the morning till around 10am, and sometimes in the evening. "A few staff members made our stay fantastic. Patrick, kitchen supervisor, was very friendly and the dining room was clean and the buffet had many options to choose from. Christian, night desk supervisor, also friendly and accommodating. He also poured a mean drink....lol Other front desk staff, Juho, Alex, Christopher, Miranda (?) & the trainee were all very friendly. I'll definitely be staying here again."
