"The food is not very good (there is a nice restaurant a few minutes round the lake), and the online ordering could be easier to use. Not very friendly service, and limited pool access (1 hour if you stay two nights). Nice location though."

"Lovely hotel, wonderful location. Seems to appeal to families predominantly. We really enjoyed the pianist on Friday evening. The food was lovely, though we were a little uncomfortable with the buffet service (and sheer number of people using it) given the pandemic. Language was a little tricky with a limited number of staff who could speak English, but we were able to communicate in German, so not a major issue. Overall a good stay. Thank you. "

"Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded."

"It's alright. We checked in late (11pm) and the reception was very helpful, though the kitchen was closed. Clean room, though twin beds instead of a double bed. The bar was quite loud in the night, not so good. In the morning the reception could only speak Polish and German. We were told where the breakfast was and the breakfast itself was very nice. But we were told the price and charged afterwards and it was a bit over our expectation."

"Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from.
