Great location, Beach was very nice and safe. The employees are so nice. The hotel is old, they did some work, but still not enough. Have that old building smell and loom. Towels and bed sheets has a little smell of old or not dry right. Food is good. Wacht out for the marketing people trying sell time share/vacation club.

Equipe muito despreparada . Primeiramente pedi álcool 70 pois tenho TOC de limpeza , de cara gerente Aline falou que não trabalhavam com esse produto , mas depois que passei 3 h reclamando apareceram com o produto que “ nao trabalhavam “ . Após isso, limpeza a desejar , comidas de terceira qualidade , estávamos na suíte master uma qualidade superior de quarto , mesmo assim pedimos late check out nos recusaram , antes mesmo disso , pedi para sair um dia antes e ter reembolso depois de toda essa parafernália ,hotel se recusou. Para quem trata de hóspedes ou seja de clientes muito pouco preocupados com a hospedagem e com quem estava pagando para estar ali . Jamais voltaria .

O resort é bem tranquilo, ótimo para famílias e sem bagunças ou baladas. Há muitos idosos e crianças por lá, ou seja, local para relaxar e curtir praia e boas refeições. De noite sempre tem algum músico cantando no coreto da vila, local também calmo com algumas lojas, restaurantes pagos e um bar. Há um pequeno parque de diversões e uma ótima academia, que permanece aberta 24 horas. A praia é isolada e muito tranquila, por vezes tem alguma correnteza mais perigosa, mas possui salva-vidas que controlam as atividades dos banhistas, assim como nas piscinas.

Péssima experiência pelo preço cobrado. Já fizemos algumas viagens de navio, que o esquema de all inclusive e atrações é semelhante, e digo com total certeza que quem tem um mínimo de experiência em viagens irá se frustrar. Muito desorganizado, resort não tem gerador, faltou luz apenas TODOS os 3 dias que ficamos e num deles de madrugada ficamos mais de 2h sem luz num calor horrível. Estrutura da praia com apenas 30 barracas para um hotel que possui mais de 100 quartos, prepare-se para ouvir "não temos barracas/cadeiras disponíveis, vocês terão que ir até os outros hotéis caçando local para sentar". Tive que fazer um upgrade de quarto, pagando 3 mil a mais porque não conseguiamos dormir devido ao barulho da área das piscina e falta de isolamento acústico.Cerveja em sua maioria dos bares estava quente, devido ao abre e fecha das geladeiras. Achamos a comida boa e os drinks também. Resumindo, se você tem condição pague um pouco a mais e vá ao Ibero Star ou fique num hotel comum sem all inclusive. Durante 2 dias ficamos somente com 1 elevador funcionando. Também não disponibilizam ajuda com malas no check-in e nem no Check-out.
