Old Drift absolutely exceeded our expectations. The setting is so peaceful and full of wildlife. We will never forget waking to the bellowing of hippos, laughing at the monkeys from our deck, watching the adorable warthogs at lunch, and that hilarious planter-destroying elephant who came calling at dinner. I had a wonderful 3 days at the Lodge. The accommodations were lovely, the staff helpful and hospitality incredible. They arranged a morning game drive for me, a sunset cruise on the Zambezi and trip into town to see Victoria Falls from both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides. You’re truly treated like family.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Love the three tier pool design. Love the character of the property.

There are not enough good things written about this property on the internet. Staying in one of the Island Treehouses was one of the single most incredible and unique experiences for this lifetime traveller. I'm so glad we ended up here on a whim. Cheers to the warm and wonderful staff for making our trip special and here's to this place finding the audience it deserves.

I was visiting Harare and decided to make a quick trip to Victoria Falls. As soon as I arrived, I immediately realized this was not a place anyone should plan only a 1 night trip to. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to/fro the airport and around Victoria Falls village. This lodge exceeded our expectations. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bedding and pillows are comfortable. Having a continental breakfast and a bar is a plus. This Lodge has the ability to pick you up from the airport For a small fee. If you want to go out for an evening, they will book a reservation for you and book a taxi for you The entire staff is wonderful.

We loved our stay at the Courtney Palace. It was the perfect place for us to stay in Victoria Falls. The location was great. It is a walk to the falls, but we really enjoyed the walk through the city to visit the shops and see local life. In fact, we encountered baboons, warthogs and saw an elephant right in the city. What a great find! It is a gated home with nice grounds and a pool. The beds were very comfortable and came with mosquito netting which was nice but not needed. The breakfasts were nice out on the patio. The upstairs honor bar was a nice place to hang out. Housekeeping did an amazing job as they neatly folded my clothes and hung up my shirts. Insika Lodge is a wonderful vacation destination. Their pictures do not do it justice. We loved the room, service and staff. Their food is amazing and reasonably priced. The included breakfast menu is also fantastic. Loved everything about Insika. Was sad we only had 2 days there. If I ever return to Vic Falls, I will certainly book here again and for more days.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Victoria Falls. The food was great with several choices of restaurants. Excellent service. Shuttle departs and picks up on the hour through Victoria Falls. I would highly recommend it

Miombo Mews is a recently built apartment rental. Due to its recent completion, the rooms are in excellent condition and offers plenty of amenitites. The provided stove (complete with cookware) allows you to either cook your own meals and also boil water with the tea kettle to add to the provided filtered water and any water bottles you may have.
