This hotel was simply amazing and we didn’t want to leave. The bar area and relaxing pool terrace were relaxing after days of touring. Our room and the grounds were immaculate and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great place to stay. Stay incredibly friendly. Appreciated the free shuttle to/from shopping and Victoria Falls. Great location- not too far from airport and short 5 minute drive into downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Cosy modern hotel

Cosy and modern hotel and very service minded staff. It is very clean everywhere. It is a little far from town, but they have a shuttle bus. Unfortunately they only drive back and forth 4 times a day (that could be increased to 6 times). Very nice breakfast, but as it is served a la carte you must expect some waiting time. It is very quiet and pleasant. If you need more hustle you can go to the other hotel across the Street where you can sit overlooking the river

What a gorgeous property. Our room was great. We were sad we only booked 2 nights. The food was delicious and the menu changed nightly. Our maid Suko (??) was very sweet. I hope she got the package we left for her.

The property is gorgeous. I enjoyed my stay - the pool was great and the room comfortable. Staff was very accomodating. Especially appreciated that they offered a free shuttle into town. I wish I knew in advance that they offer a complimentary sunset cruise as I wouldve left time in my schedule for it.

Excellent choice in Vic Falls

A new-ish hotel just outside town that exceeded expectations. The staff are super friendly and eager to help. The rooms are large, very comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant and bar have smaller menus (could be since it was not busy while we were visiting) but everything was well prepared, looked good and was delicious. We had a great 3-night stay and highly recommend.

Insikia Lodge was a very nice facility. Very clean property, good food & drink options. When sitting near the pool in the evenings, we saw various wildlife (Bushbuck, Cape Buffalo) walking just outside the property boundry!

Look no further than Insika Lodge. The property is immaculate. Serene and picturesque, well-appointed rooms, exemplary staff, great food, the whole package. From the seamless airport pickup (Thulani), a team of knowledgeable reception staff ready to advise and assist with just about anything, gifted massage therapists in the spa, the most-courteous F&B staff I've experienced in a long while, cheerful and attentive housekeeping including turn down service. You'll want for nothing. At 1/5 the rates of the Victoria Falls Hotel, this property offers EXCEPTIONAL value.

Contemporary bliss in Vic Falls

Our African safari ended at the lodge closest to the falls, but the incessant brain-rattling thump-thump-thump of scenic helicopter flights all through the day drove us to seek alternative accommodation away from downtown. Insika Lodge proved to be the perfect capstone to our weeks of adventure: huge gorgeous rooms, friendly and attentive staff, delicious meals, and no ambient Apocalypse Now soundtrack of choppers beating the air. We loved watching the resident mongooses roam the grounds, appreciated having USB charging ports on both sides of the massive bed, luxuriated in having *two* separate rainfall shower faucets, and were grateful for shuttle driver Carlton’s above-and-beyond assistance in making trips to and from the border outside of his set schedule. We also highly recommend Insika’s river cruise—their private vessel is extremely comfortable and attractively appointed. Captain Evidence is as well-versed in birds, wildlife, and photography as he is in safely navigating the Zambezi, and his crew, Munya and Freeman, amazed us all with the cornucopia of excellent food and drink that they conjured from the minuscule galley and bar.

We stayed two nights here and I wish we could have stayed a little longer. The signature rooms was very nice with a queen size bed, double rainfall showers/sinks and a outside porch where you can watch the wildlife walk by. One thing to consider is the showers/bath are open concept so its kinda like you are bathing in the open room with just a small partition separating from the bed (not an issue for me as I was staying alone). The shuttle was very convenient to get to the falls and other areas in town. If you are going somewhere that is not on the shuttle stop just let the driver know and they will accommodate. The pool area/bar was really nice although the water was too cold for me. We only had a chance to eat the breakfast here and it was 10/10. I got the French toast. I also got a massage at the spa and it was easily one of the best massages I ever received (and I get massages monthly). The prices were super cheap as well compared to the US. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
