The hotel has a great atmosphere, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was one I would happily recommend to others. A very special shout-out to Marzi, who was absolutely exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. Her attitude and level of service really stood out to me. "Leading up to our arrival, Livingstone Lodge sent a message about securing transportation since there is no Uber/Lyft service in Victoria Falls, just taxis. The standard rate to and from the airport was $30 USD and it was worth it. By the time we landed, our taxi driver who goes by "Knowledge," was already waiting for us in the arrival area. The entire hotel staff is very friendly, and getting breakfast included as part of our booking worked out great. Our housekeeper, Gamuchirai, was super kind and welcoming. It was also nice that the hotel didn't have a television, one less distraction."
