"The room was nice and tidy and suited our needs for the three nights we stayed there.We found the bed was a little firmer than we are used to but we managed to get a decent nights sleep on it.The staff were most helpful checking every day to see if everthing was ok.Would recommend this place to stay."

"The hotel was conveniently located to Paihia Wharf and nearby shops/restaurants. The rooms were fairly spacious. There was a laundry room that we used, but it could use another set of washer and dryer. Parking was free. There is a game room with an uneven foosball table, a giant Jenga puzzle, a table tennis table with rackets and ball you shared with foosball, a giant Connect 4, and a corn hole board with sacks. The staff was very helpful and friendly."
