"The staff and their service were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful whenever l needed anything. My only complaint lies in the lack of facilities in the room itself. At $175 Au a night l expected at least a fridge, jug and toaster. I was bought a jug on request by a helpful staff member. But much cheaper places have provided the above plus cutlery and china, even microwave ovens. Really at that price l believe more should be on offer. This complaint is for the admin staff only. All...
