"Excellent accommodations. Great neighborhood and very close to Acropolis and shopping district. National Garden across the street 10 minute walk) so peaceful stroll. Apartment is very tastefully decorated and the patio on top floor is amazing. Great place to relax and watch sunset over the Acropolis. Highly recommend staying here. Yannis is great! Tolis, his driver, is also fantastic and very helpful."

"We are a group of 8 adults who visited Greece from the USA for the first time this July and we had an amazing stay in the villa! This villa is so much nicer in person! There was plenty of room and is beautifully decorated! The views from every room are stunning! The pool is ice cold which at first was tough to enjoy but after the extreme temperatures was thoroughly enjoyed after a day out sightseeing! Getting there from airport was a bit confusing to find at first. GPS sends you on a strange...

"This is a gem! It’s a historic villa literally under the Acropolis and in the middle of the Plaka district but not noisy. It’s a real home filled with wonderful atmosphere and with patios and a rooftop looking up at the Parthenon. Unique Athenian experience!"

"We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the pool immensely. The property manager was on hand to check everything was fine. The villa was a good size and was comfortable. We felt the kitchen could have had more crockery and utensils. We used taxis to get about which worked fine but the nearest supermarket was just about walkable to in the heat. All in all, it was a lovely holiday and we would recommend the villa."

"This was the perfect house for our 3 families to have a beach holiday. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The access to the beach couldn’t be better. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay at the house in the future. It’s a rare find."

"We had a group of 13 with families of various age groups in both villas. This homes space and views of ocean are terrific. Beds were comfortable and kitchens equipped with everything we needed for our short stay there. The hosts, Penny and husband were so easy to work with and over the top accommodating of all our needs while there. A vehicle there is most helpful, but we made a way to get everywhere with city hop on/off buses and Uber. We all would recommend this home!!"

"We enjoyed our stay here and the managers were very nice. The view can’t be beat and the pool is more beautiful in person. The pool was too cold to swim in every day in July. The balcony was our favorite place. The beds were sort of hard but some like that. The master is a queen, bedroom 2 was queen but felt bigger. Bed 3 was a full. The single beds in the downstairs bedroom are cots. Our teens couldn’t sleep there. One slept on the couch in second floor sitting room. It was ok, but no air....

"We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It has everything you need for your stay including a fantastic pool. The location is great as it's close to a variety of great beaches and Athens. Also close are a large shopping mall and a water park. Katerina was a lovely host and helped us with transfers from/to the airport, food shopping and advice on getting around. We had free use of her car and she even baked us cakes! Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday."

"We were only there a short time, late check in then up early to catch our flight home so we did not see what the community had to offer. Free shuttle was a bonus but on our arrival could not find them so more detail would have been nice in any of our communications prior to us getting there. We did not know what to look for. Building itself was loud, could hear the other guests coming and going quite well. But it was clean and had what we needed for our very short stay. "
