今後に期待します
建物や設備、立地などに関してはとくに問題なし。
しかし従業員のスキルに関しては疑問が。
何度も同じ確認をしたり、それなのに鍵の受け渡しは確認しなかったり、宅急便の情報も私が正しかったりなど。
比較的ほとんどの従業員が同じような感じだったかと。
私は元ホテルマンなので、どうしても従業員目線で見てしまいますが失笑する所が多かったかと思います。
これらを許せるか許せないかはお客様のふところの大きさによるので、もう少し気をつけた方がよいかと。

這次住宿房型是和式榻榻米，空間寬敞，有小陽台。櫃檯服務人員親切、可以中英文溝通，但鋪床的老婆婆只會日文就是了。飯店就在著名景點道後溫泉本館旁邊。飯店內也有泡湯設施，可能因為大家都去道後溫泉泡湯了，所以飯店內的溫泉反而沒什麼人使用。交通上可搭乘輕軌電車，但道後溫泉站的車班不太多。
