"The Hotel is located way off the main drag in a small community which has not social amenities. The parking lot was full of large pot holes and a hazard. But the room itself was excellent. The furnishings were in good condition and the bathroom was immaculate with clean modern fixtures. An excellent place to stay if you're seeking nature away from the hustle bustle.."

"My girlfriend and I had a 2 night stay to explore Millinocket and Baxter State Park. It's location is central and travel is easy to Baxter State Park and whatever you want to do in the area. For space, it is perfectly spacious for 1-2 people, but anything over that would be too much. Bathroom is a bit tight but very usable. Kitchen is full and has everything that one would need. The bed is super (SUPER!) comfortable and the entire apartment was spotless. Host was always kind and understanding. Definitely would recommend this to anyone traveling solo or with a partner to the area. Especially for the price!"

"This hidden gem is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Right on the lake and minutes from great hiking, this place is hard to beat! Secluded yet close enough to Lincoln and Millinocket in case you need supplies or want to sample local food and beer. The water was still a bit cold so we didn't take advantage of the kayaks but would have loved to. We will surely be back another time!!"
