"This is a solid four star hotel for me. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I think people should have realistic expectations when you stay at a place like this knowing that it’s not some high-end Hilton hotel but it’s a very reasonable lodging accommodation. The room is also surprisingly very quiet. I did not hear any next-door room noise while I was there which is a huge plus."

"I was at the hotel on Friday, July 31, 26 until Monday, August 3, 2026. I was not able to check in at 3pm due to their system was down due to the storm. The staff was right on top of it. I was about approx. 430 or 5pm I was able to get my room it was on the 2nd floor (201) nice room clean no issues at all. it's just me I had washed and dried the towels and bedding I used before I left. I know I did not have to but i did. The lobby area was beautiful, yes, I would return to hotel and will recommend. I did not realize that was the old LaQunita and my family stay behind the Spark. I moved from Chicago and that was the hotel when I was living in chicago. nice hotel"
