"The room and property was clean overall but it’s all out dated. The A/C didn’t work well in the room. If you need a microwave you have to go up to the 25th floor which is ridiculous as we were on the 9th floor. The valet took over 45 minutes to get our car for us when we were leaving. When outside there are nasty homeless people everywhere. The coffee shop downstairs was pretty good though. Would consider going back after updates."

"This was the cheapest hotel around the area, is it worth the 200 we paid? Absolutely not. It was very clean. You could smell how clean it was and I loved that. The beds were actually really comfortable as well. That was about it for how good it was. The elevator kept dropping a bit before it started no matter the floor and made beeping noises like we were all about to go down. The water pressure was nonexistent and the breakfast was mediocre at best."

"The hotel has a ton of character. I was told (have not verified) that it was an old factory and its definitely not a mass built motel 6. Very unique place. The room was clean and minimalist. The view was amazing. My wife and I used the pool which had the best view of the city. Pool is a little small. Great place for couples. Loved that I did not see or hear a single child."
