Hence the grates were dirty with soot and needed cleaning The house is in a great location and was clean other than the cooktop. With these safety issues resolved, I would change my rating. "

"The cottage was comfortable and spacious, it has a large area in the back that is spacious with a fire pit ,chairs, table and large grill. There is a marina a short walk down the street that has a reasonable priced snack bar where you can sit and look at the boats while having breakfast or lunch. The landlord is a nice guy and very responsive. He returned my security deposit immediately. I would definitely stay here again. "
