"We had a wonderful stay at Brian's home. It was clean and extremely well stocked with both indoor essentials and outdoor games. Just as an FYI, no need to bring coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. for your beach fun. He has this well covered for you, including at least 10-15 bikes of all size ranges for everyone's enjoyment. There are several lovely outdoor spaces for relaxing, and the yard is large and well cared for. The house is close to Rte. 1, which I guess could be a sticky point for some, but we could not hear the traffic from inside the house or the backyard, and it was not a deterrent for us at all. In fact, it made getting to the beach, restaurants, and attractions that much easier. We all had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family, and we hope to return again next summer!"
