The Space:

You step onto the deck and feel the river’s gentle murmur beneath your feet, the scent of pine drifting through the air as the sun paints the water gold. A warm breeze carries the faint crackle of the fire pit, inviting you to unwind after a day of kayaking or fishing. Inside, the rustic living room welcomes you with a plush sectional and a decorative fireplace that adds cozy ambience without the heat. Your dog’s tail wags as you explore the spacious yard, ready for a game of volleyball or a leisurely stroll to the low‑water bridge.



Sleeping Arrangements

- Bedroom 1 (Main Level) – King Bed

- Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) – Full Bed and Twin Bunk Beds, with a window unit for added comfort

Only these two bedrooms are available to guests; three additional bedrooms remain closed off for the duration of your stay.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen features a gas range, double‑door fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and ample prep space. Brew coffee at the Keurig bar and gather around the dining table, which offers extra seating for larger groups.



Indoor Living

A two‑story living room centers on a sectional and Smart TV, while a decorative fireplace adds visual warmth. The game room holds a foosball table, Bluetooth speaker, and another Smart TV for movie nights or friendly competition.



Outdoor Living

A large deck with sectional seating and a propane grill overlooks the river. Covered porches provide Adirondack chairs and scenic views, while the hot tub and fire pit invite starlit relaxation. The yard includes a volleyball net and open space for outdoor activities, plus direct river access for fishing, kayaking, and tubing. Parking accommodates four cars, with some covered spots and an EV charger for guest use.

Central HVAC keeps the cabin comfortable year‑round. High‑speed Wi‑Fi supports streaming and remote work, and Smart TVs are ready for Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, or YouTubeTV (bring your own logins). A washer and dryer are available for longer stays.

Nestled in a wooded setting with beautiful river views, the cabin offers spotty cell service—perfect for unplugging. Within a 20‑25‑minute drive you’ll find grocery options, wineries, historic trails, craft breweries, pizza, and ice‑cream shops, as well as hot‑air balloon rides over the Shenandoah Valley.

For your safety, we have a doorbell camera and two additional exterior cameras (one facing the driveway / one facing the river). There are no cameras inside the cabin.
