The Space:

You step onto the spacious deck and hear the river’s gentle rush, the pine‑scented air inviting you to unwind. Sunlight filters through the trees as you settle into the sectional, while the distant sound of water promises a day of fishing, kayaking or tubing. As evening falls, the hot tub steams under a sky full of stars, and the fire pit crackles, drawing you and your companions close for stories and s’mores.

Only these two bedrooms are available; three additional bedrooms remain closed during your stay.

Indoor living

A two‑story living room features a comfortable sectional and a decorative fireplace that adds cozy ambiance. The game room offers foosball, a Bluetooth speaker and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings. Smart TVs throughout the cabin are ready for Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, YouTubeTV and your own logins. Central HVAC keeps the interior comfortable year‑round, and Wi‑Fi supports streaming and remote work.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range, double‑door fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and ample prep space. A coffee bar with a Keurig sits beside a dining table that provides extra seating for meals together.



Outdoor living

A large deck with sectional seating and a propane grill overlooks direct river access, perfect for launching kayaks, fishing poles or tubes. Covered porches with rocking chairs invite quiet moments, while the hot tub and fire pit with Adirondack chairs create a night‑time retreat. A spacious yard holds a volleyball net and room for games, and an EV charger is available for guests. Parking accommodates four cars, with some covered spots.

For your safety, we have a doorbell camera and two additional exterior cameras (one facing the driveway / one facing the river). There are no cameras inside the cabin.
