"After having read a number of negative reviews about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in one of the nice renovated rooms. The hotel was in a lovely location close to the castle. The service was good and staff helpful. My only small complaint is there was no shower gel in my room nor milk for tea/coffee."

"Really excellent location! The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed my stay. The shower was initially daunting as it’s a wet room kind of thing but it was actually pretty good as it didn’t force you to use an overhead shower. Overall, would definitely stay there again!"
