Our holiday park is located at the water

Of course, the best is to fully enjoy and relax at your holiday villa, but we also understand that you want to get out and about. Good news; there is plenty to do around your luxury holiday villa in the Netherlands. For example, visit the pleasant village of Maurik and stroll through the streets. Or take a lovely walk or bike ride at the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Of course, an afternoon of sailing cannot be missed in our water landscape; the Betuwe is the perfect location for this! In short, you certainly don't have to be bored. You can stay at the park in luxurious and modern holiday villas for 4 people. The villas have a view of the water and/or the marina and have a large wooden terrace with furniture. Your luxury holiday villa in the Netherlands gives a spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and has all the necessary facilities such as a dishwasher and flat-screen TV. Due to the unique location, luxurious facilities, and tranquility, you will immediately experience a wonderful holiday feeling!


Ideal for cyclists, backpackers, and hikers, these cabins are a perfect base to explore the Betuwe region.

Located in Maurik in the scenic Betuwe region, this charming spot is ideal for nature lovers and families. Close to the "Eiland van Maurik" recreational lake, it offers plentiful water activities like swimming, sailing, and paddleboarding, plus beach areas and picnic spots. The surrounding landscape is perfect for cycling and walking trails, winding through beautiful orchards and along the Rijn (Rhine) River.

Nearby historic towns like Wijk bij Duurstede, Tiel, and Buren add a cultural touch, each with its own unique heritage, festivals, and cozy cafes. For those seeking larger natural reserves, the lush Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is a short drive away and ideal for hiking. The Betuwe region’s rich agricultural scene also makes it easy to enjoy fresh, local produce at nearby markets and cafes. With its riverside views, charming villages, and outdoor activities, this location in Maurik offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.

 Arrival and Departure:Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.Guests are asked to return the key at the designated location upon departure.
Booking Requirements:Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment, with final payment required before arrival.Weekly rentals are mandatory during peak holiday periods; otherwise, daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays.

Great campsite with good facilities. The cabin was good. Be aware that there are no duvets in the cabin, you must bring them yourself. Only mattress and pillows.
