"Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. "We rented both the upper and lower units together. Very comfortable for our group of 7 with room to spare. Bright and airy. Beautiful outside living space. The lower unit had floats for playing in the ocean as well as plenty of beach chairs. We were in and out of the water all the time - great adult fun! "I enjoyed my stay here with my family for my birthday week. Majority of the property was clean with the exception of the fridge which was potentially missed. The microwave was experiencing issues as well. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful compared with more populated areas such as San Juan.
