"Disgusting room with a bathroom that has full on damp running throughout, so bad everything in the whole room was damp and clammy to the touch, beds were dirty and showed stains under a uv light, stayed 4 days and for the price i am shocked anyone would offer this as an option to stay in at 370 quid for 4 days, would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone until the whole rooms cleaned and the bathroom is fixed, is probably a health hazard as all i could smell was mold"

"Quiet BnB close to the city center and beach. Easily walked to restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Provided a parking pass for car in front of property, so did not need to drive in order to enjoy Ayr. Overall, a very good experience!"

The only thing we were woken up early with a lot of noise of other rooms being cleaned and after being at a family wedding the night before we were hoping for a little more rest the following morning. "Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. The Breakfast has a varied menu which caters for everybody and is delicious and well presented and perfectly cooked by Duncan.
