"This apartment is in an old building in Highland Falls, on the third floor you reach via a narrow, steep staircase. The apartment itself, although as old as the building, is furnished with contemporary furniture, a modern kitchen and bathroom, new sheets and pillows, and is extremely clean. It turned out to be an apartment on the second floor of the owner’s house. We are in our late 70s and early 80s. Climbing stairs is neither safe or desirable. It says it sleeps 4.
