"Location was ideal! Very clean, staff was helpful! Only complaint was the size of room, and bathroom was see through and can see into shower ect. Breakfast included at extra cost. The rooftop bar was a nice addition."

"The property is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The property itself is quite worn. Grounds and building are not particularly attractive, but the rooms are fine. Not high end- but they work.."

The Inn on Arsenal

"Nice location in Watertown convenient to public transportation into Boston. Several great places to eat within a ten minute walk. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was also plenty of parking. A great deal compared to places closer to or in Boston. The inn is located between two busy streets, but the windows were well insulated so you barely heard the outside noise. That was not the case for inside the building. You could hear the people moving around upstairs and when people came in at night you could hear them in the halls and talking from the lobby. I recommend getting an upstairs room at the end of the hall if possible. Otherwise an enjoyable stay."

"Your employee who answered the phone for me gave me false information. No one managing & your GM don’t care. I request a phone call from Brian or a meeting. He nor did his desk manages didn’t care enough to call & schedule or inform me he couldn’t meet or call. We sacrificed a lot to stay there & planned around your staff told us that we could get shuttled from the south station arriving at 8:30 pm . It’d be nice if you posted your shuttle only goes to 4 spots from 9-9 or whatever since your staff don’t know the answers. Bar staff nice pretty slow to get orders & deliver. Brian a nice young man shuttled one day & helped me w my plans for an uber."
