"Not the cheapest place in the world to stay (or eat), but it is a fantastic location, right in the middle of the old town but still quiet. All the staff were lovely bar a rather surly waiter when we ate in the restaurant on our second evening."

"Great stay. Spa is modernized, rooms seem a bit dated. Dinner and breakfast were very good the afternoon snack can be skipped for the most part, especially since space on the terrace is very limited. Bus to go skiing leaves directly out front. "
"The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity.
Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance.
I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."
