Very good hotel. Great location, good price and attentive staff. Spacious room with good bed, good lighting and good air conditioning. I just didn't like the bathroom because it was adapted for wheelchair users and the shower wasn't good.

Really a very nice property. Small things like no real lobby - had to look for the elevator coming in, only 1 coffee packet each morning, no small frig. Pool area, after asking, was on the roof and was beautiful. The staff wasn’t the most informative on anything. Overall it was very comfortable.

The only issue I had at this hotel was with the front desk clerks. Whenever I asked for directions or information, such as the location of an ATM, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. It wasn’t just one clerk, but multiple. However, the rest of the hotel staff was great.

El hote es excepcional desde que llegas los recepcionistas son muy amables, el cuarto es muy bueno limpio con todo lo necesario, la alberca espectacular en el ultimo piso con una vista del mar y la ciudad, la ubicacion es excelente, en nuestro caso necesitamos mas toallas y nos lo proporcionaron de inmediato, es un hotel para tomar en cuenta si se viene a Mazatlan.
