Gaviana is a bit old, but with many upgrades to meet the modern world and one's needs. It is perfectly located in the Golden Zone (Zona Dorada) with many restaurants, shops and entertainment just walking distance. They have their own spa, private access to the beach, buffet, pool and great ambiance.

This used to be one of the top places along the Gold Coast but it's getting a bit shop-worn now. The elevators were wonky and it seems have been for quite some time, they just haven't bothered to fix them... Overall a great location, nice size rooms, pretty grounds.

Room was very clean housekeeping staff was amazing pool is a little outdated as it is an older hotel but very well maintained. if you are looking for a place to relax on a weekend this is not the place for you music is very loud until like 4 am as they have a club on the same premises . But if loud music doesn’t bother you then this is definitely a place to stay .

The room was decent, had very poor lighting. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were great! I guess by mistake the staff through out one of my wifes sandles which was in these long socks that were also thrown out.
