Llegamos y no estaba nuestra reservación fue algo muy desesperante no tienen personal para atender no me ayudaron en nada ellos me pedían número de cuarto no tienen oficina solo te resive el guardia una experiencia fatal no pude canselar por la aplicación lo tome como fraude cánsele mi tarjeta para que no me tomaran el pago definitivo no recomiendo para nada

Excelente servicio, las instalaciones muy limpias y la alberca genial. Quizas lo unico es que deberian dejar bajar bebidas al area de alberca.

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, me gusto mucho, sin embargo la gente que da el servicio es muy descortez, sabemos que cuenta con un reglamento, el cual no está especificado en la pagina, ahora uno va de vacaciones con hijos y aveces resulta un poco dificil seguirlo al pie de la letra y al ser asi pues te llaman la atención y como visitante te molesta, y ellos cómo prestadores de servicio también, me cobraron a mi bebe de 3 meses como adulto. Y tampoco me parece que deba ser así, prefiero llegar a un hotel donde tenga libertades.

Condominio con vista al mar

Instalaciones viejas sin mantenimiento adecuado. Las barandillas de las terrazas están oxidadas. Al interior del departamento se nota la falta de mantenimiento en muebles, puertas, lámparas de buró, etc. Al remover la funda de una almohada nos percatamos que esa estaba muy sucia. Hay muchas hormiguitas en piso y muebles de la sala.

Es un condominio, tienes todo lo necesario, tu te encargas de la limpieza y cuidado de la habitación. Es como estar en tu casa. Muy recomendable.

Wonderful ocean view.

We really liked the beach and ocean views.There were three pools: a hot tub, a warm pool and a very large unheated pool that was great for swimming laps. Quintas del Mar had a small restaurant that was open from 8 am til 4 pm which served good food at extremely reasonable prices. The kitchen had decent cookware, a service of dishes for 4, a full refrigerator and an electric stove. The maid came in once a week to change the bed linens, towels and clean the condo. The only tv was 3 Spanish stations but after talking with the office staff, Netflix was provided. It was a 3 block walk to the buses. All and all, we enjoyed our stay there and would stay again in the future.

UNA ESTANCIA PARA DESCANSAR

Como se comenta en otras opiniones, el condominio es muy estricto en cuanto a las políticas internas, los guardias prácticamente solo te dejan respirar, por lo que yo recomiendo visitarlo en plan únicamente de adultos, llega a ser un poco molesta esta situación, ya que hostigan a los niños por cualquier cosa, digo son "niños" y muchas veces ellos no tienen la culpa, solo quieren divertirse. El trato del personal excelente, cocineras y Jose en la Barra, atienden muy bien, por lo que dan ganas de regresar. Los precios súper accesibles, en realidad solo están cobrando una cuota de recuperación de alimentos y bebidas. El área de alberca me pareció excelente y un ambiente muy relajante con sus asoleaderos y camas. La zona de playa muy tranquila y limpia, otro punto excelente. La ubicación, pues sabemos que es en la zona de cerritos y es la parte mas alejada del centro de mazatlan, pero teniendo un automóvil a tu mano, no debe de ser un incoveniente. La habitación muy amplia, con todos los servicios, todos los cuartos con Clima (y funcionando al 100), mas la limpieza del departamento no fue la mejor, encontramos algunas cobijas y almohadas, con mucho polvo, como si tuviera mucho tiempo sin asearse la habitación. Únicamente estuvimos 3 noches, y se que en condominios la limpieza corre por cuenta del huésped, pero el departamento no tenia ningún instrumento de limpieza, por lo que era difícil asear la habitación. Con todo y sus detalles, si volveria. Saludos!!
