"Beautiful place but need better elevators Spent so much time waiting for elevators Horrible time trying to get reservations at the restaurants. In 5 days we got one reservation even trying on the app 48hrs prior Otherwise beach is beautiful 2 adult pools which is great"

"Newer modern hotel. No frills but staff is great - very helpful. You can catch the bus to go to the central market, mercado pino suarez, across the street. Assistant manager speaks good english and very approachable and helpful. I stayed 15 nights, will stay again. Affordable. Galeria mall across the street open till 9:00pm for food cravings. I got two week gym pass to evolve fitness with a sauna for 56 bucks which was walkable from Ibis. For 1350.00 on orbitz i got r/t flight from las vegas to mazatlan and 15 nights with breakfast. Im cheap an Ibis is a perfect fit for me."
Apartment with an artificial beach!

"Accommodations: The apartment was very comfortable and as pictured. We had everything needed for a longer stay. The amenities were fantastic. We loved the lagoon and beach and separate pool area. We enjoyed access to the outdoor patios, gym, games room and kayaks and it was great having a washer/dryer. The complex was beautifully maintained and the staff were wonderful. Location: While not in the “touristy areas”, we loved the location. There are great restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and we could easy walk (15 minutes) to the Walmart/Sam Club and a large shopping mall. There are busses to get around, but with DiDi and Uber being so easy and affordable we just did that. Hosts: Our hosts were lovely. Gaddiel was quick to respond to messages and ensured we had everything we need. They arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and ensured we were met at the apartment to welcome us. They made us feel very welcome and taken care of. We would absolutely stay there again. "

"We had a wonderful four week stay at Palmilla Sunscape in beautiful Mazatlan and would happily return. The condo itself was lovely and very functional, with all appliances in excellent working order. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own washroom, which made staying as a group so comfortable and convenient. The additional half washroom on the main floor was also very handy. The property manager we dealt with was absolutely amazing. Any small issues were rectified immediately, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. It made such a difference knowing support was always just a message away. The location was excellent, with easy access to Farmacia Guadalajara, Kiosko, and several great restaurants nearby. The beach was just a five-minute walk away, which made daily strolls by the ocean effortless and enjoyable. There was also convenient bus access right across the street, making it easy to explore more of Mazatlán without needing a car. The condo complex is quiet, safe, and well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Palmilla Sunscape to anyone visiting Mazatlán. "
New Modern Decor Apartment Near Ocean

"Our host Carlos was 100% fantastic. Available when there were any questions or requests. The 2nd floor condo was situated in what I think is the best location within the double gated quiet community of condos. View is excellent of the beautiful gardens and hot tub and the warm large swimming pool is sparkling clean. Condo has two bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen with stove top, microwave and full size fridge and good tv in frontroom and main bedroom, wifi and large windows opening to a nice deck. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as drug store and corner store that sells some groceries and wine beer and liquor. 10 minute walk to lovely beach and bus or street pulmonia is one block closer. Lovely vacation."
