"A notre arrivĂ© (20h), tout le personnel Ă©tait accoudĂ© au bar en nous regardant comme des animaux L'hĂŽtel Ă©tait au courant de notre heure d'arrivĂ© (j'ai tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© 2h avant) et personne n'a fait l'effort d'aller allumer le chauffage dans la chambre, il faisait 14°C dedans (il a fallu toute la nuit pour rĂ©chauffer la chambre avec le mini grille pain) La chambre "supĂ©rieure" Ă©tait une grosse dĂ©ception, nous pensions ĂȘtre dans le bĂątiment principal charmant mais non nous sommes dans une mini maison...
