There was a power outage due to weather conditions. As a result we had no refrigerator, no tv, no central air on our side of the hotel during our two night stay. We did have working lamps. I would like to thank the staff for being as accommodating as can be, despite the circumstances. We will be back. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate!

Wonderful stay

This is the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. We travel many times theiugh the year to visit our children and grandchildren. We have to drive far toi see our elderly moms who sometimes are vety ill. The hotel and our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we come to visit our family.

The property is great. Very nice hotel. Drury Inn corporate staff gotta wonder what they are thinking. Closing Sugarland and Woodlands locations and now McAllen. Leaves Drury only in the Dallas and San Antonio areas. Surprising with how nice the hotels are and the large population and great staff. Going to stop giving my business to them as closing too many locations in East and south TX.
