Ponderosa Retreat at the Aspen Village- the perfect place for your family to relax and recharge for all of your McCall adventures.
You'll surely enjoy all of the community amenities that are provided at this community, whether it's winter or summer there's plenty fun to be had.
With two bedrooms and two full baths there's plenty of room to spread out, including a nice loft area which gives you a second couch area giving your group options and space. The wood-burning fireplace located in the main floor living room is a wonderful spot to relax and warm up during those cold wintry evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that your group will need including plenty of seating with a breakfast bar that seats four and a dining table for six.
You'll find a king bed in the spacious master and a queen in the guest bedroom.
The loft is the perfect kids hideaway including a classic Atari gaming console, a table for crafts or games and a bedroom with twin beds and a another TV.
Whether you choose to spend your days golfing at the McCall Golf Club (half a mile east) or hiking at Ponderosa State Park (half a mile north), you'll come home to plush furnishings and a wood-burning stove to warm your toes. Toss your hiking socks in the private washer/dryer, bring along a few movies to watch on the TV and DVD player, and prepare homemade meals with your loved ones in the full kitchen (with a dishwasher).
Guests will also have access to single single car garage for parking or storing your equipment and toys.
Guests will find firewood in the garage for your stay.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.

All our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
Aspen Parking:
Each unit has one assigned parking space in addition to the garage parking. The parking space is located immediately in front of the garage or unit.
Trailer parking is restricted. Only trailers 16' and under are allowed on Aspen property. Those trailers must be parked in the designated space, NOT in the general parking area. Trailers over 16' and/or additional trailers are not allowed.
The general parking lot area is extremely limited. Vehicles must be parked perpendicular to the roadway to maximize the number of available spaces. Parallel parking is not allowed. Use of the limited general parking is on a first-come, first-served basis for owners, renters, or their visitors. Storing a vehicle in the general parking areas is not permitted.

DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:
Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
