"The staff was hospitable and attentive. In general, the room was clean and orderly. Stained carpet in the room and the carpets in the hallway were dirty which was not appealing. The chairs in the room were not comfortable seating and lacked any support for those with back issues. Food and beverages were available to purchase and the staff in that setting were also pleasant and hospitable. Lots of convenient parking and easy to access rooms. Laundry, pool, and exercise facilities were clean, well maintained and easy to access."

The house is really nice and decorated in a way that you are reminded you are on vacation. "Beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay. Just a couple things to note: the front door has got to be fixed! My husband was the only one that could successfully lock it. It's very hard to lock and unlock. Secondly, and mostly for those traveling with kids; upstairs is very creaky! Meaning those sleeping downstairs can hear every movement. It was interesting that the loft had a note that it was a hazard, but I don't believe that bed is counted for the number of guests anyhow, but still eerie that you have to walk through it to get to the bedroom. All in all, we had a nice stay and communication was great!"

"This place is amazing. Stunning view from the deck. Check in was easy. The place was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated that there were fans, that was the one thing we forgot to bring. It was just a couple minutes to drive to the lake. We had the best family vacation!"
