"I am not sure how this had good reviews. The staff was nice and friendly but the hotel was not nice. When we got in our room the carpet window was open and it had a funny smell, we realized that it was because the carpet was wet outside of the bathroom because the water from the shower runs out the bathroom door, it never dries! The lobby toilet overflowed and ran into the carpet in the hallway, it was never sanitized justvthrew a fan out. Parking was a mess, the back door doesnt lock so anyone can come in and out. I do not recommend staying here. "

"We stayed here several years ago and it remains as good as we remembered. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet town and a great base for touring the great places of SW Idaho, just 15 minutes from Lava Hot Springs. The hotel feels well cared for and clean. Oh and a neat coffee machine in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this place."
