"We enjoyed are stay very much. The hotel is in the best location right by the river and all the downtown shops and restaurants. It definitely like a step back in time with all the history and the antique furniture. The two restaurants were nice and they have a Starbucks coffee bar. The place is old and I'm sure expensive to upkeep so it's not perfect, the rooms are small and dated, but part of the ambiance. We would definitely stay again."

"The check in was great, the lady at reception was very sweet and welcoming. We stayed on the top floor in the king studio. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The couch was a nice addition to the room and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good for a hotel buffet. They had hot food like eggs, potatoes, and smoked sausage. They also had prepared oatmeal, make your own waffles, and bakery items. The coffee was decent. The only complaint I have is the noise from the highway. It was constant. I tried to turn the AC to where the fan would stay on but it wouldn't, so whenever the AC would kick off, the road noise would wake me up. That was unfortunate but probably to be expected. Overall, it was a good experience for a one night stay."
