"We loved the hotel ever since we arrived. The lobby was beautiful and made us forget the unpleasant experience of waiting for a shuttle that never arrived. On the other hand, the lady who helped us when we told her what had happened said she had just arrived and didn't know anything; she was a bit rude. She gave us a nice room, and we were able to rest comfortably. The breakfast was very varied and good."

"Great location! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The lobby offers plenty of seating and a bar with beer and wine. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable and shower (no tub in our room) was large with great water pressure. Our only disappointment was the TV’s have limited channels and no streaming option and the breakfast was limited (not even juice available). Enjoyed seeing all the furbabies. Would definitely stay here again"

"Only down fall was wish lady at desk had reminded me of gate code to leave. I never left till it was time to check out nd it was written on the key card so I had to go back in to get the code to leave. "
