The host was very responsive and super helpful! The house was equipped with all that we needed and more! The amenities were great and the space was perfect for our gathering!
The host welcoming from the moment I found the cabin to booking and throughout the stay. The cabin location was close to hiking trails, gas station, Walmart, Wawa, and Thunderbirds Cafe. We used all of the amenities around. The convenience of getting in and out of the house and the amount of bedrooms the home offered.
This is a great home for larger families. The layout of the home worked great for us. Just walking in and seeing the kitchen and dining area you get a feeling that you choose the right place. When we first looked at the house were concerned that there was no TV in the main living room on the main level. After being there, a very short time would not have wanted it any other way. The TV watchers had a separate area along with the game room for the younger members. Those of us who wanted to talk, read and play with the 2 toddlers really enjoyed the room without a TV. The deck with its amenities was also top notch. Would not think twice about renting again.
This is a great property to stay at and close to all Massanutten amenities. The house was very clean and the check in process was very simple. The host was responsive to all my questions. Would highly recommend staying here.
We had a wonderful trip with our group - 4 families ages 5 to 85. Everyone had plenty of space to hang out, the kids loved the game room, we took advantage of activities at Massanutten and in Harrisonburg. Owners were super responsive to any issues/questions we had!
My family and I wanted a place for 6 couples and 6 kids to all hang out comfortably, and this place was perfect! It’s a beautiful home in a lovely location. I highly recommend this spot!
This house was wonderful for our large family get together. It had lots of space for the 15 of us, with fun things to do for everyone (like the game room and hot tub/sauna combo). It matched photos perfectly and was super clean. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area, and will definitely look to stay here again in the future if we're ever back in the area!
The property offered several areas for family to gather. We especially enjoyed the game and arcade rooms. The property owner was very responsive to all our needs and questions. The floors were not as clean as we expected but overall the house was as advertised. We were extremely pleased!
So much better in person!! The property was super spacious, enough that there were multiple areas for multiple ages of occupants. The house was very clean when we arrived and very well stocked. Host is VERY responsive and caters to her guests. Ceetaink
We booked a long weekend for a large group of girlfriends. The house was amazing- perfect for all 16 of us to stay together comfortably. We loved the sauna and the hot tub, and the large dining table was really nice for family dinners. The host was super communicative and helpful leading up to our stay, and was readily available for a minor issue that came up during our stay. Highly recommend staying at the Shenandoah Wildflower!
Wonder Home for a large multigenerational family gathering!
It had been too many years since we had gathered together as family. The home was perfect for all generations to reconnect, play, talk, and relax as a family. The whole experience could not have been better. We went away extremely happy for all that the home provided our family during our week together.
Thanks you!
Fantastic experience. Lots of room and plenty of space to stay entertained for whichever kind of weekend you’re looking to have.
11/10 house. We will be back!
We had seven friends to meet for a retreat to the mountains to relax. We arrived to a clean, beautifully decorated and spacious home. King and Queen beds, lounge spaces, gaming areas and bunk beds. The balcony had a sauna, jacuzzi and lots of seating. The spacious kitchen had everything we needed to cook and dine with. It was very spacious and pleasing to all of your senses.

Masanutten house
Positives: game room in basement is fabulous, attractions nearby are bountiful and suit all ages, baby gates in place, kitchen is sizeable and well-equipped, great coffee service, back deck is a paradise
Negatives: staircase too steep for safe passage for older person, desperately needs a big screen tv in living room, needs handrail on front porch and on steps down to living room, toilet in master bedroom is loose on base and rocks back and forth, yard is a mess, tree overhanging driveway hits car parking on right side when entering
WE LOVED THE PLACE IT WAS COMFORTABLE AND ROOMY. THE DECK WAS SO FUN. WE TOOK THE FALL RIDE AT THE SLOPE AND IT WAS SO COOL.WE COOKED ALOT AND HAD ALL WE NEEDED. THANK YOU FOR BEING GREAT HOSTS.
The house was as described. We are a family of 12, with 2 dogs, and the home felt very spacious. There is very little yard to play games in, however, the deck was very nice. The game room was a hit with the kids and adults. The DR table sat the entire family, and the kitchen was large to have several people working at a time. The owners took care of any needs we had. Overall, very happy with our stay there.
Our family of nine had loads of fun in Massanutten. We planned on two more family members but my grandson got very sick so he and his mother weren't able to join us. The house is spacious, clean, very well supplied and perfect for a large group. There are lots of activities close by. We toured Luray caverns, hiked, went to an escape room, went swimming in the community pool, rode go carts and my son had fun mountain biking. Our group played lots of games around the large table. Communications with the property manager were excellent and timely. I recommend this property without hesitation.
July family get together in this Beautiful, clean, modern home in the woods with comfy beds, 2 driveways ( no garage), with fun arcade games for every age. We had 2 sr citizens and 3 families with grandkids from 18m to 12. Easy to assign beds cuz all are great options. Great kitchen table for family dinners and card games. Living room is spacious but unused as the family drifted to the outside patio. Tons of room and storage. And everything you need in the kitchen. Coffee station was appreciated! The resort itself is showing some age but it is beautiful and kids and adults had fun with go carts, putt putt and community pool. Plan on a full day at water park to get moneys worth. Not a walking resort, but a quick pretty drive to everything . Eat or order in brisket from Hanks!
