"Our room was clean and so was the fitness center, but the rest of the hotel was not. Floors were clearly not mopped, tables did not get wiped down during breakfast service, bugs in the lights, crumbs in chairs, cigarette butts on the walkway into the hotel...lots of small things that added up. Staff was mostly absent, so when there were no forks or knives at breakfast on our second day, there was nobody to ask."

"The room was awful. The bathtub would not drain, even over night. One of the beds was so squeaky that it kept us up all night. The wall paint was chipping, the phone message light blinked until I unplugged it. "

"In short, I would never stay there again! I checked in and was greeted by an apathetic and uncaring staff. One of the elevators wasn’t working, and I had to walk significantly farther to the next elevator. I walked into a room that was completely undone and a little shocking. The bed was stripped with sheets in the floor, the TV was blaring and there was a huge bag of trash right at the door. But wait, it gets better. I got a baseline apology at the front desk and was given another room. I was awakened early morning to two dogs barking, women cursing at each other and eventually 2 whole families fighting with the police ultimately arriving to resolve the dust up. It seems as if this location is an extended stay for displaced families. And while families in transition absolutely deserve a safe place to stay, I should not have to pay for a nightmarish experience."
