"Cassie’s house was perfect for us (family of 5 adults)! We arrived late at night and she had left us the code (which worked the first time) and the light on, and we walked in to the ice cold AC and spotless house and felt right at home. The beds were all comfortable and the bedding was the perfect weight for a great night’s sleep. "We stayed here because our Daughter graduated from UT-Martin. Was not too far away, great place, quiet neighborhood! Kountry Korner and Swanky Bee Social Cafe are great places to eat. If ever through Dresden again will definitely book again."

"We were in town to visit a student at Bethel university so it was great to have a place to relax and do some home cooking. The new gas grill was a hit for us too! Very relaxing setting. The tv was small but it worked out ok since we didn’t watch a lot. Overall would definitely stay again. Thanks!"

"This apartment loft is beautifully renovated maintaining its original history flare and decorations with a modern touch and modern appliances. It provides a spacious area with victorian high ceilings and tall windows. The kitchen, the bathroom and half bathroom are completely updated and very clean. This is a great host who provided all the necessary items needed for a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Also, everyone in town treated us with kind hospitality. We give this a 100% recommendation… we will be back!"

"My family and I spent a night here as a stopover on our way to Memphis. The room was clean and comfortable, beds were great. Little to no noise. Breakfast had all that we could ask for. Highlight was the gentleman working who was more than helpful with hints on travel routes and local things to see. "

Cottage, beach, The Dixie, rope swing, kid friendly

Charming cottage,nice updated bathroom,period antiques were a nice touch,beds were comfortable.

"Very nice,convenient to Walmart and dining,try Mallard’s for dinner,some highway noise but tolerable,linens and thick mattress cover for the futon in the living room were appreciated,nice screened in porch with swing,definitely a place I would stay again."
