"this place seemed a little sketchy at first glance but i left with no complaints. The front door was locked and you had to call for service and everything needed refurbishment. Once we got in our room though it was clean and quiet. we didn't see any long-term tenants hanging around the property either. There were no bigs or roachesno wird stains and everything seemed pretty well lit and safe at night with cameras throughout the outside of the property. would recommend for a room on the cheap!"

"We really enjoyed the property and the location is super. The host responded immediately to any questions that we had. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the unit but it's a houseboat so you have to get to the water!"
